AZ LTVA 'self contained' rules
So I got a job working in Yuma this winter and was all excited about being able to stay in one of the LTVA while there in my truck camper, then I saw the rules about being "self contained". I have a 2011 Northtar hard sided truck camper, it has 250 solar, fridge, 25 gallon fresh water capacity, and a 6 gallon cassette toilet. I guess it's the cassette toilet that would be a problem? How strict is the BLM about this rule? I can go about 3 weeks before having to dump. Should forget trying to stay at one of the LTVA and just look for fro free boondocking spots? Are there any in the area near Yuma?
Is the Ranger going to inspect my black tank and measure out the capacity? Should I leave it mostly full of ....and hope they don't realize it's only 6 gallons?
