You definitely have a good case to file a violation with the State of Pa on the ADA laws..they are obligated to afford you some leeway and apparantly they didn't..but she must be documented...Chuck

There is no case. The ADA does not require any business to change their normal fees or policies regarding guests. It also doesn't require a business to drive a disabled person around in a golf cart. Was the park being accommodating? heck no. Was what they did illegal or something they should be sued over? No way.
