Double ditto. Definitely file a complaint with ADA, even you think it won't change this situation. Those complaints are indeed read and may be addressed in other ways. Definitely visit several campground review sites to rate this park. We like Campendium for reviews and TripAdvisor.com.
I have to say that not all KOAs have this kind of unfriendly staff. Several where we have stayed went above and beyond to help us with several situations. Good hospitality and friendliness goes a lot farther than many owners realize.
