After reading the reviews on this place, I don't see it as an ADA issue. What I do see it as, is owners, that probably should not be in the people business.
One star here and there in online reviews, no big deal in my opinion. But these guys have tons of poor reviews, for a variety of issues. And even many folks who gave it a higher rating mention the attitude of the owners.
WPRV owner, my guess is, from reading your posts, for many years, is you run a good CG, and are a good business person. And that, you would have found a way to make these folks happy. I would bet if your place was getting these types of reviews, over and over, you would be changing things pdq. As a business owner myself I know I would. I have stayed in a few places where it seems to be more about the owners running their own little fiefdom, than it does about running a business. I suspect that is the case here.
On edit, when we camp with the GD, we always stay at KOA'S, ( as they have pools and playgrounds) I found the vast majority to be pretty darn nice owners and people.
