Thats ridiculous. What does the attitude of one cg owner have to do with an entire chain? This cg has been a KOA for about a year. The attitude of the owners came way before being a KOA.
I agree they could have let the friends pick them up, but they didn't. It's their prerogative as the owners. And, as a result, they get bad reviews bother here and every rating site around.
