If it wasn't for the gorgeous views and setting, this cg would probably be out of business. The ownerst attitude has nothing to do with being a koa, their attitude was there way before it became a koa last year. From what I heard from folks who have camped there for years, they've lost a lot of business over the years after these owners took over. May be the reason they became a koa, to try to drum up business.
If you look at some of the reviews, koa (not the owners) have responded to a lot of complaints, apologizing for rude behavior. I can't imagine that fits into the koa business plan and wonder how long they will be a koa.
