Bar Harbor is about 40 minutes north and slightly east of the Inner Harbor, through the city. I've never been here, but I've heard its on a great piece of land. It sits right on a river that feeds the Chesapeake Bay.
Patapsco State Park is about 20 minutes due west of the Inner Harbor. They are electric sites only, with water spigots throughout the park. Very nice state park, wooded lots, pretty quiet, nice hiking trails, etc. We usually go to Patapsco once a year and really like this park.
Ramblin Pines RV is about 30 minutes due west of the Inner Harbor. I've never been here, but it is located right off of Rt I70 in a more quiet area. I've never stayed at this park, but I know they have a lot of full hookups.
