I ask because if the latter, then it IS out of the casino's control. If the former, then there might be ways for the casino to mitigate the smells.
The casino, hotel and RV Park are on the Swinomish Indian Reservation. The settling pond for their own sewage/drainage system has recently been located to the West from it's original location in the parking lot South of the Casino.
The prevailing wind is from the SSE so any potential odors should be carried away from the RV park, and would be an improvement.
