Yes, people talking on their cellphones is annoying, but it happens. Unreasonable demands are just that, unreasonable and I will tell you as much. As for cheap, if you don't want to pay the price, fine. Just don't expect me to change it to accommodate you and don't call everyone 4 letter names because you don't like the price.
It really doesn't take much to be a good customer. Show respect for others and you are 99% there.
Really? I would have thought it was the customer that refuses to follow the rules and then wants to argue with you about them rather than comply.

"I can't park on the grass? I always have in the past?"
"What do you mean, I never heard of that rule. (Which is clearly printed on the map given you when you checked in.)
