Bar Harbor in July
We haven't been to Maine in many years, but were thinking of traveling up to Bar Harbor in July. Would it be too busy and/or hot and crowded? We would call for a reservation of course.

The first 2 weeks in August are the most crowded in Maine, so you should be ok in July.
We were in Wells the first 2 weeks of August last year and it was a madhouse. This year we will be going at the end of August thru September. No crowds, no kids and plenty of Maine seafood.
