Besides south Fla, Where is it warm???
South Florida is looking good, temp wise. WHere else in the lower 48 is it 75+? Or a reasonable facsimile....

To include the summer months doesn't help Snowbirds much. I only care about Dec-Mar averages. I have heard that Yuma is one of the fastest growing cities in the country, there might be a connection.
