  • Notice their wording. Do not think they have non-pet loops. The dog park is closest to the 300, 400, 500 and 1400 loops. The premiums are more centrally located and have more concrete. I found the 1400 loop to be tight for my 33 ft TT. It is close to activities. The other premiums are along the main drag, with the 400 just off the side, but near the rear activity hub.

Our first trip, we stayed in the 209. 100 and 200 loops are cool but that was when we had our TT. Larger units would probably be really difficult to get in there.

Second trip, we were in 533. The 500 loop is beside the 1400 loop and can handle larger rigs better.

What does everyone think about those loops on the other side of the road? 700-1100 loops?

We're heading back down there this December. Its been a long time since we were there last.

The 700 loop is our all time favorite.... large sites , close to the water , and not far from the middle store and bus stop . . . Plus there are no tight turns inside it , makes wheeling around a larger fifth wheel or class A easier . .

  • We've stayed in the 1400 Loop a handful of times, it is one of our favorite loops. It's centrally located. We are walkers and bikers and can walk or bike to anywhere from the 1400 loop. It's a very short walk to the pool and Chip & Dale's campfire sign along. Keep that in mind, as you will hear the movie playing from a lot of sites in the 1400 loop. There are some sites in this loop that can be tough to back into if you have a long rig.

  • My DW and I always request the 1100 loop and usually get it. It is a non pet loop although many pet owners get this loop. I don't know why, maybe they smuggle their dogs in to stay in this loop. FW has become very laxed on their rules since we first started going there. Used to be only one car at a site, I have seen as many as 3 and if your car was not completely on the pavement they would ask you to move it or leave a note for you to move it. People who rent golf carts are suppose to pull off the road to let motor vehicles pass but they continue to drive along and hold everyone up. This is what happens in our me first society, no one follows rules. That's it, I'm off my soapbox.
  • lately, there has been chatter that pets have been showing up in "Non-Pet Loops". To get better insight, you should got to
    http://www.fortfiends.net/
and ask there. It's the best website about the Fort.
  • I don't tbink that you can go wrong with any of the premium sites, some are closer to the pool and Meadows trading post, others are closer to the settle trading post, restaurant, beach and launch to Magic Kingdom.
Personally we like the 100 or 200 loops, close to beach and launch.
We have been in about 8 or 9 different loops, and can't complain about any. The 2000 loop, besides being a partial hookup, no sewer, is a long distance from everything.

  • We were in the 1400 loop in June, and loved it. Close to the pool and the Chip & Dale campfire.
