If there were one "BEST park" why would anyone stay anywhere else. Would probably make it impossible to get into.

Cherry Creek or Chatfield state parks, Dakota Ridge RV park. Your 3 best bets.

Are you saying you have no kids/pets? Or want a park that way?

Campground Brochure and Map Doesn't mention WiFi or Cable. However, one park review said. "Wi-Fi can be a little iffy and pay showers". There is also a $8 a day entrance fee on top of the camping fee.
