Best RV parks near Washington, D.C. and New York City?
The DW and I are planning a trip to Washington, DC and NYC for next summer. I'm looking for the best parks located nearby. We'll be arriving mid-July. Thanks!

Just left Pohick Bay Campground in Lorton, Va. Some others were booked and we were directed here. I guess all us snowbirds heading south are filling up the c.g. ??
Was $34 night for electric. Huge, tree shaded sites with picnic table and fire pit. Dump and water on your way out.
About 8 miles to Franconia-Springfield metro stop, lots of parking even on work day.
