One of life's often painful lessons is "You get what you pay for." If you wish to pay 1/2 of what I personally consider a good product, then by all means do that. However, your post title says "Best". I can almost 100% assure you that a $400 inverter is not the best...then again 'best' can have a lot of different interpretations.
