This is a thread about the BLM open camping spot. Most of the posts (although limited #) are in favor of more control due to abuse. I like "free", but I also like clean and taken care of camping spots. Maybe there's middle ground where BLM could retain control, improve the camping area, yet charge a lower fee like they do in many other BLM campgrounds in CO. A campground host could be part of the solution too.
