I75 is Alligator Alley, 41 is Tamiami Trail
That is correct.... Miami Everglades is a good stopover before heading to theh Keys, It's right off SR 997 ( Krome Ave)
Coming from Ohio, I assume you'll be on I75-- how much further north of Miami Everglades do you want to be ? I'm just a bit south of Tampa and I get to Miami Everglades in about 4 hours.
