I75 is Alligator Alley, 41 is Tamiami Trail
There is a nice ocean front campground in St. Augustine called Bryn Mawr Ocean Resort. Get an ocean front site for easy in and out. Then it is straight down I-95 to Miami Everglades park about 4 hours.
