Boondocking Hwy. 168 - Bishop, CA
Since the forest service (BLM, etc.) *campgrounds* are closed, does anyone have suggestions for boondocking locations along Hwy. 168 out of Bishop, CA? TIA.

JT, have you looked at the Buttermilk area, just north and west of 168? It is right near Bishop Creek. The only downside is that there are ATV folks on the weekends. Nice people, but kind of noisy.
