- Johno02ExplorerLBL and the Smokies. Boondocking areas are kinda scarce around in the eastern part, because most land in private owned, and folks do not want the liabality of folks on their land. Check out the other state parks. Otherwise, Walmart is about it.

- TenOCNomadWhile it is not Boondocking, camping at COE or TVA lakes is the next best thing. Most have full hookups but some of them only have partial HUs.
