Boondocking in Norcal Redwoods & Sierra Aspens
We just got back from two and a half weeks of mixed boondocking and dry camping -- I figured I would post this here, rather than in the National Parks and Campgrounds forum, since we were in all sorts of places. Here is the link:

And in case you need an inducement, here is a sample -- we were camped at 9000 feet in the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forest, the wind was howling, and the sky was full of lenticular ice clouds:

Or if garish sunsets aren't your cup of tea, here is something more soothing -- the sun filtering through the mist in old growth redwoods, just after a rainstorm:
