Boondocking near Memphis?
Can anyone recommend a good place for an overnight stop near Memphis? Just need a place to pull off the road, sleep and get right back on the road in the morning. Maybe grab a bite to eat.

If you are heading south on I-55 there is a Wal Mart just off the interstate in Hernando, MS about 13 miles south of Memphis. You can walk to a Arby's, Sonic, or a good Mexican restaurant from there. Safe area, we just moved from there. Another option is Hernando Point COE campground about 10 miles south of that exit. Nice campground on the lake, electric, water, and dump station for $20.
