Boondocking

I hate to have to ask, but what is boondocking. Someone said I have dry camped but never boondocked. What is the differance. Thanks

Boondocking - in the boonies, typically on BLM or national forest lands

Dry Camping - in a campground with no hookups

Asphalt Parking - WalMart, Rest Areas, etc.
