Boondocking
I hate to have to ask, but what is boondocking. Someone said I have dry camped but never boondocked. What is the differance. Thanks

Boondocking = out in the boonies without hookups. No designated camp sites or amenities of any kind. Just camp where you feel like it as long as its legal to do so.
Both are without hookups.

The Boondocks are not a developed campground, with toilets, showers and numbered sites but no hookups. That's Dry Camping.
