- Parrothead_MikeExplorerRV Park Reviews.com shows nearly nothing in Boulder. Check the link below. While on that site look at the upper right portion of the first page and you'll see other locations close to Boulder that offer campgrounds. For example, other locations listed are Longmont, Lyons, Golden, etc. Click on those locations for campgrounds there. There doesn't appear to be many, but this is a good source to use to search for campgrounds close to Boulder.
http://www.rvparkreviews.com/regions/Colorado/Boulder.html - ed6713ExplorerThe Boulder County Fairgrounds in Longmont has a campground. 25 minutes from Boulder.
Water/elect/dump station.
Fairgrounds
That's about it. Boulder is an expensive, high class place. They don't want us lowlife campers around. ;)

Can anyone suggest a campground near Boulder, Colorado? Need at least electric hookup.
Three State Parks within proximity to Boulder.
Golden Gate State Park south of Boulder.
Golden Gate State Park
St Vrain State Park, outside Longmont, at CO 119 and I-25
St Vrain State Park
Boyd Lake State Park, in Loveland
Boyd Lake State Park
All have nice facilities. St Vrain will be a bit noisy, due to it's proximity to I-25. Golden Gate Canyon is beautiful and quiet, at about 9200ft, it's between Boulder and Golden. Boyd Lake is also quiet and is about 45 minutes or so from Boulder. - kknowltonExplorer IIGolden Gate is beautiful, quite wooded. We did see some fairly big rigs in there.
- tsetsafExplorer IIIHere you go. The Lyons park was beautiful but I believe still closed due to the flooding last year. Campgrounds near Boulder
- VeebyesExplorer IIAs a many time visitor to Boulder, St Vrain SP has been found to be the most convenient & pleasant. The Fairgrounds is closer, right in Longmont but is nothing but carpark camping.
- craig7hNomad III am a fan of St Vrain, have been staying there the past 5 years. Great park
- Winterwolf227ExplorerGo 35 minutes away and stay in Estes Park. Multitude of campgrounds and spectacular scenery !!! Spruce Lake RV is nice as is Manor RV.
- intheburbsExplorerOr stay in Loveland so you can have cinammon rolls every day at Johnson's Corner. That's where we stay.

No offense intended my fellow RVer, but I lived in EP for 34 years. There is no way you can get to Boulder from EP in 35 minutes. During the busy months, I would allow twice that time.
As others have stated not much around Boulder, because the cost of dirt is too high. Boyd Lake is nice and close enough. The traffic coming in on 93 from Dakota Ridge in Golden can be unpleasant. The Boulder County fairgrounds isn't much to look at but would work.
