Look in Longmont - County Fairgrounds - https://www.bouldercounty.org/open-space/fairgrounds/campground/ - St Vrain State Park -http://cpw.state.co.us/placestogo/parks/StVrain/Pages/Camping.aspx
Then a little further up the Road in Lyons - http://www.townoflyons.com/349/LaVern-M-Johnson-Park
Or south in Golden - https://www.cityofgolden.net/play/recreation-attractions/clear-creek-rv-park/
As you can see nothing in Boulder - Dirt is just TOO Expensive, starting to get crazy in the area with housing prices.
