Bug problems in Florida
Hello, We will be in Florida in March/April parking (5th Wheel) in State Parks. Will we have to take precautions against insect infestation? Thanks in advance.....Rich

==ANTS==Florida ants are the worst on the planet!
1. Go to the hardware store and buy a container of SEVIN 'powder'.
Once you are parked and BEFORE you even start to set up sprinkle this 'completely' around each tire AND around and 'over' each hose and electrical cord coming out of your RV.
Do NOT lean anything against your RV or the ants will be up and into your RV in nano seconds.
I leaned my tiny awning arm against the MH and they marched right up it and into the weep holes in the window and on to the couch!!!
2. Pick up Terro Ant bait and put under all your sinks right away.
This should keep you free from the VERY small and pesky Florida ants! :B
