Building an RV Park from scratch under 50k?
just wondering if this is possible

Friend of mine bought 8 raw acres
Built a 50 site 50A FHU CG
Took 3 plus years......permitting and actual construction
He and 2 sons plus odd help now and then
He owned front loaded, backhoe, dump truck
Had friend licensed electrician do pedesatls
Cost was roughly $8000 per site back in 2006/2008
Your 'friends' are in for an EYE-OPENER
$50k---15 sites.....then they would have to do everything for $3000 per site.
Building plans/permitting..........there goes most of that 50K
YOU can NOT help a fool intent on spending his money.
