A friend of mine has been getting his meds for years in Mexico. He says that on one of his medications that he paid 250.00 for in the US he pays 50.00 in Mexico. The labeling on the bottle the and box has the same information that the medication that he purchased in the states. With the only exception of "distributed by" information. So, just like anywhere and anything you do in the world "you pay your money and take your chances". Just my thoughts.

do diligence of reading the label can net you great savings.
My meds state side 86.00 a bottle.
Mexico 2.00 a bottle.
AND that is for a med that is a BRAND name not a generic. And the funny part of it is it's made in the states distributed to Mexico. :W
And a whole nuther thread would be to discuss the SAME brand name meds prescribed for humans in the US that when they are prescribed for farm animals? They cost 75% less! Same drug, manuf. at same pharmaceutical company.
