Must be Louisiana. They stated "Safe".
IF you wanted the LA CA, then perhaps you will need to be specific about the part of LA, it is a 460 square mile city, with border cities having a population of well over 3 million people.
I would have suggested the Fairplex, LA county fairgrounds.
However they do not have storage.

If you wanted a area north of LA CA, then Lancaster has many places. To the east, then the fairplex listed above. To the south, Long Beach has a couple of places, but with real estate costing a million + per acre, chances of anyone running a 10 acre campground are slim, they are bought out and turned into condo's many years ago.
