- jparker66ExplorerTrirboy,
Thanks a lot for the info and great pictures. A lot of rain in Texas, but went on 3 weekend trips in October and going November 14 with 11 men from our church. We go twice a year.
Thanks again,
James - TrlrboyExplorerIf you look at a park map Woodpecker Hollow is our choice since they are all pull through sites. It's our favorite area since the sites are easy to get into and out of. Here is a list of our favorite sites in order of preference... 24, 23, 22, 25. That is based on shade (plenty of it) and room to tie out two dogs.
Here's a link to an album of pictures from the park and the surrounding area... CADDO LAKE PICS - jparker66ExplorerThanks for the suggestion
- rr2254545ExplorerThe banana sites 18 to 25 are very nice
- GolfcartExplorerThe end of the loop at the mill pond camping area is my favorite. sites are spaced well and its a good free range area for kids to play
If you're going in april be sure to bring a few gallons of bug spray lol - jparker66ExplorerThanks. I let everyone know how our campsite is after we camp next April.
- sayoungExplorerI haven't stayed at Caddo State Park but have driven thru to get an idea of spaces.Only a few long enough for my 5er.
The park is actually a long way up the Cypress Bayou from the actual lake.Might check with Crips Camp or Shady Glade about RV spots.
Potters Point Marina has full hookups. - Houston_RemodelExplorerDeGrey Lake is stunning.
