November (with the exception of Thanksgiving week) is never full. We were there last year for a week in November. A couple of days we could not even see another RV when sitting outside our travel trailer. Most days 7 - 10 other RVs. We go every year from Nov thru Jan and have never had a problem. However, prepare for the cold temps. One year when the weather forecast totally missed its mark, we were snowed in....only about 2 inches of snow but the gate is shut to prevent accidents on the way out of Cades Cove. Just go prepared!
