California winter RV locations without freezing temps?

I am looking for suggested RV parks or communities where it doesn't freeze in December. We are trying to stay as far north as possible so that we can visit the kids over next year's holidays without ...

Beach locations do not freeze. Some are nicer in the winter than in the summer. Pismo Beach seems to be sunnier in the winter time - there is something about the mountains between PB and the central valley - when it is sunny in the central valley, it is foggy here (summer), but in winter it reverses.
