From what I've heard, I wouldn't do it. I hate telling someone that because I haven't been to White Lake in decades and I sure haven't seen the RV park. But yes, the permanent sites seems to be their target market.
Go to Willow Tree or Daddy Joe's if you want to stay somewhere near MB for a couple of days before. They're maybe 30-45 minutes further down the road.
