Camp on the Gulf in Destin FL, your Experience?
DW and I are planning a trip to Destin in the summer. We are looking at Camp on the Gulf. If you have camped there, please advise your experience. Thanks Johnnie

Lots of people use that option. Occasionally the public beach attracts a less desirable crowd than the campground beach.
And more crowded....I don't understand why people have a hard time with wlaking, riding a bike or taking the hourly tram there...If you can physically drive a rig, set it up, take it down and other labor intensive things, you oughta be able to do that...
