Campground near National Museum of USAF/Dayton, OH
Wanting to take our little boy to Space Fest in May at the National Museum of US Air Force up in Dayton, OH. Any close and nice campgrounds near the Museum? Thanks

Almost all the campgrounds around Dayton have lost many of their trees as a result of the Emerald Ash Bore. Cowan lake took out over 1000 mature ash trees. Volunteers have donated and helped plant other kinds of trees but they are small. The lake is still scenic but the sites are not shaded like they once were. Very sad the Ash may end up exticnt like the American Chestnut.
