Good Morning,
There are not many close parks to choose from.
We stayed at Primrose Lane when we went to visit our son in College Station. It is closer to Bryan and is a bit off the freeway so is more quiet then the one right on Highway 6. It is a modular home park that has rv sites.
We had full hookups and a long concrete site. The small grassy area just outside our door was very low in comparison to the concrete so you need to be careful where you park on the pad. We could not get our sewer and electric to reach and still be able to step out of the rv onto solid ground. Since the sewer connection was the least important to us, we positioned so we could reach the power and step out well.
While perhaps not perfect I would go back. They do have nice restroom/shower facilities if you want them. They are very roomy and clean. The pool was not useable when we went, they were emptying it to do some work on it.
