Campgrounds in Va, W Va, MD, Del and southern PA

We will not stay in Virginia state parks again until they start charging as much for destructive kids that trash the facilities as they do for Pets that do no damage nor deface the grounds. we prefer State and National parks, but Virginia doesn't want us, so we will find other places to stay. Even if me means avoiding the entire state. Elk Neck used to be very nice, but we have not been that way in a while.
