Other than Hungry Mother SP, any other decent campgrounds between tazewell and Bristol, tn?

There is a county or city run campground at exit 7 off I-81 called Sugar Hollow. It's very hilly, and I did not attempt it with our big rig, but it is a relatively new place and I liked what I saw when I checked it out.
