Having difficulty locating a CG in the Bay Area. Any recommendations?

With your 45' motorhome we'd recommend Napa Valley Expo and driving to the Larkspur Ferry and taking it to Fisherman's Wharf. It's reasonable cost and a pleasant ride.
We did the above and then pre-arranged with a small tour van for an all day tour of the city. Even our daughter, who lives there, was very impressed with the tour. It makes for easy siteseeing.
