We stayed here a few years ago to take the kids to tour DC in early June. As many above have said, we spent almost no time in the campground, we were in DC as much as possible. There is a metro station close by, we drove there and rode the metro in each day.
The campground had a very nice dog walking service.
We also LOVED a little Italian restaurant just outside of the campground.
