Lots of CGs have electric sites, many have FHUs. Whether they'd have sites long enough for your full rig depends on the CG. You might start with rvparkreviews - the CGs are listed under each town, so you'd be looking for Custer, Hill City, and a few others. Each CG's review has a link to the CG's own website, if they have one (most do) and you could get a better idea from that. Good luck.
