Camping in Branson, MO
I may go to Branson , MO for a week or so the first part of November. I have never been there . Any suggestions on where to stay? Ken

Going to Branson to do what? Shows or theme park, or both?
Camping, or looking for a convenient place to stay with a RV?
For camping, I recommend the campgrounds on Table Rock Lake, south of Brason. Table Rock State Park is nice, but many visitors from this area prefer a couple of the COE campgrounds on the north side of the reservoir.
For convenient location of a RV site, I recommend the RV parks west of Branson, located near the theaters and playhouses., restaurants and clubs, clustered out there. Unless you are going primarly for the theme park, Silver Dollar City. Then I recommend one of the RV parks near Silver Dollar City, the closest is walking distance for most people, and some of the others will shuttle you there.
Americas Best RV Park (that's the name) is highly rated by those who have stayed there, including some of my friends. I'm a COE campground kind of guy, myself, prefering some more natural and less crowded than a RV park, willing to pass on RV park amenities.
