The quick answer is yes!!! Are you kidding. Here are a few in the general area in no particular order.
1. Grand Canyon. Should be on every American's bucket list. Stupendous.
2. Flagstaff is a great moderate size town with a nice old section.
3. Sedona - short drive away that is a gorgeous area. Stop at Oak Creek. Take a hike through the red hills and cliffs.
4. Meteor Crater
5. Petrified forest NP
6. Painted Desert NP
7. Many native American ruins and places to visit. Wupatki, Motezuma Castle.
8. Jerome
9. Prescott
And many many more. Take the train from Williams to the Grand Canyon. And so on.
