Help us with some more information. What is the reason for wanting to go to SE Utah that time of year?
You can catch some decent temps for a few hours a day if you hike down to the bottom of the canyons. But there is usually snow in the shady places and backcountry roads can be impassable.
Bluff, just down the road and at a lower elevation, is a bit warmer, but I wouldn't consider it for a winter vacation or snowbird. Heck, Blanding is bad enough in March and April.
