Camping near Dexter Michigan
We will be going to a wedding in Dexter Michigan. I am looking for a nice campground near there, can anyone help with a good place to stay for a weekend? Thanks in advance.

- Waterloo State Recreation Area is located about 15 or 20 miles west of Dexter. It is just several miles north of I-94. It is the largest State Park in the lower penninsula of Michigan. It has several lakes and numerous campgrounds with electrical hook-ups. Portage Lake campground is beautiful.
- Detroit Greenfield RV Park just off I-94 in Belleville, MI
- There is a campground between Jackson and Dexter just south of I-94. Greenwood Acres. We stayed there in 2003 when our daughter-in-law graduated from UM Phamacy School.
