Camping South Padre Island

Question

I am looking for a nice RV Park, full hookups on South Padre. We are taking the Grandkids to see the turtle release next summer. I would be open to an RV Park with beach access North of this area. Any personal recommendations are much appreciated.

County Parks are nice - they have over 500 sites but they are tough to get into in the winter but never tried in the summer worth a call to check - KOA is nice we will be there again this coming winter for a week
