Always ask. It's private property, so you can't just park anywhere.
Highway 160 runs through Tuba City east-west, but it is not the same as Main Street, which runs north-south. Turn to the north on Main Street to see more of town.
All that said, we parked across the street from the restaurant beside the Quality Inn on Main Street. The restaurant next door, architecturally similar to a giant kiva, serves a darned good Indian Taco, too. And just to the south of the Quality Inn -- corner of Main Street and Moenave Street -- is a good trading post with a bunch of interesting historical stuff.
The RV park is town is located behind the Quality Inn.
