Camping within the Navajo Nation

Thanks, so having a drink while cooking after a long days ride is not a good idea? even in the campground, while just sitting and cooking? After a long ride on the bike nothing like sitting around for a drink and discussion what you saw during the day. Maybe it is not the place to stay, don't want to do anything that would get us in hot water.
