Other than the part where they say the owner drives a 4 wheeler, I suspect the rest of the information are wild exaggerations coupled with outright lies. Come on, opening up people's RVs without permission? First, most people lock their doors, and second, no one would put up with that, hence he would shortly be out of business. Same with using people's hoses to put down sewer drains. No sane person is going to do that, and even the insane would probably be sure no one was around watching.
My guess is the reviewer probably got told one too many times he needed to keep his dog on a leash or if he wanted to drink a case of beer a night dressed only in his tidy whiteys he needed to do it inside his RV, not out in the front lawn. Reviews that are so far out of the norm of the rest of the reviews and make claims that are unbelievable are almost always nothing but sour grapes.
